Job Overview
The Game Zone Manager/Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the gaming area, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling bookings, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain gaming options
- Customer Handling
- Handle birthday party and event enquiries
- Assist customers with bookings and packages
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Enquiry & Sales Management
- Follow up on all enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain enquiry records and daily reports
Event & Party Management
- Coordinate birthday parties and group bookings
- Ensure proper setup before events
- Communicate with kitchen/restaurant for food requirements
- Manage event flow smoothly
- Maintain Monthly Calendar
Staff Supervision
- Ensure staff are present at assigned positions
- Monitor staff performance and discipline
- Ensure proper uniform and grooming
Operations & Safety
- Ensure all games are functioning properly
- Maintain safety standards in gaming areas
- Report technical issues immediately
- Monitor crowd and avoid overloading
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Maintain hygiene in gaming and seating areas
- Ensure equipment is clean and safe
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales and booking reports
- Track customer feedback
- Share updates with management
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to manage crowds and multitask
- Prior experience in gaming, retail, or hospitality preferred
Preferred Skills
- Sales skills (upselling packages)
- Event coordination experience
- Leadership qualities (for manager role)
