- Handle customer inquiries related to various insurance products and services
- Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans as per their requirements
- Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, and renewal processes clearly
- Generate leads through calls, references, and walk-in clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claim support
- Follow up with clients for renewals and pending documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the company
- Provide prompt after-sales support and customer service assistance
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies
- Ability to handle clients
- Sales and customer relationship management
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
