Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Return Process Executive to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling returned products, checking their condition, maintaining return records, and ensuring that returned orders are processed properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify returned products at the warehouse.
- Check products for damage, defects, missing parts, or other issues.
- Match returned products with the relevant order/return details.
- Sort and organize returned products properly.
- Update return details in the system and maintain accurate records.
- Separate products based on their condition and further processing requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other teams regarding return-related issues.
- Ensure returned products are stored safely and properly.
- Follow company procedures for return inspection and processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the return area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or return processing will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle products carefully.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
