About the Role
GrandPeak Solutions is looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchants/customers, achieving daily activation targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new merchants/customers.
- Achieve daily activation targets (10 approved activations/day).
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Ensure accurate and compliant customer onboarding.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for regular updates.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Telecom, or DSA will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹50 per approved activation
