We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
Eligibility
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM).
