We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-driven Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest experience function and ensure exceptional service standards across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a polished personality with a passion for luxury hospitality and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily Guest Relations operations.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest escalations professionally.
- Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team, ensuring grooming and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns.
- Monitor guest feedback across platforms and implement service improvement plans.
- Assist in creating personalized guest experiences and engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and hospitality standards.
- Prepare reports related to guest feedback, complaints, and service quality metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality Operations.
- Prior experience in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining brands preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Presentable personality with high grooming standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage guest situations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and team management capabilities.
