Key Account Manager – Jewellery Industry
Location: Mumbai
CTC: ₹50,000+ per month
Job Role:
Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients across India. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth coordination, timely order execution, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end coordination with corporate clients.
- Manage key accounts and client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Resolve client queries and ensure timely support.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and repeat orders.
- Travel across India as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Jewellery industry experience preferred.
