We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to generate leads, meet prospective clients, understand their interior design requirements, and convert inquiries into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present the company's interior design services and solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits with the design team.
- Prepare and explain project quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collect client feedback and support after-sales service when required.
