Role Overview
As a Customer Engagement Intern, you will be the first point of contact for architects, interior designers, and industry professionals. Your role will focus on onboarding users, nurturing relationships, generating interest in our platform, and supporting the sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Product Manufacturers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Introduce Design247 and Design247Pro to prospective users and explain platform benefits.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth platform adoption.
- Maintain customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and share insights with the team.
- Support lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing users.
- Assist in customer retention and engagement initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹7,000.00 per month
