Graphic Designer – Job Description
Mad Media Machine is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, love creating engaging visuals, and can transform ideas into impactful creatives, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design creative social media posts, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
- Create branding assets such as logos, brochures, business cards, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Develop visually appealing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to execute creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all designs.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
- Understanding of branding and social media marketing.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
