Certifications (Preferred / Required)
Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications:
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)

Red Hat Certified System Administrator / Engineer (RHCSA / RHCE)

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) / CCNA
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and monitoring for Data Center infrastructure and server equipment.

Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers (Windows/Linux) and network hardware.

Perform routine health checks, rack placement, cabling management, and hardware maintenance.

Manage shift handovers, incident logging, ticketing systems, and escalate critical issues following standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with vendor support teams for hardware replacement and maintenance activities.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and Windows Server OS.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls).

Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
