We, Sant Eshwer Foundation are looking for a Personal Assistant for our Managing Trustee to help in daily coordination, schedule management, event support, and communication work.
Location: New Rajinder Nagar, Delhi – 110060
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Trustee’s schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with people before and after meetings / gatherings
- Keep contact details of relevant people properly maintained
- Assist the Trustee in day-to-day work and office coordination
- Take pictures, notes, and basic updates during meetings, events, and gatherings for social media and record purposes
- Support communication with members, guests, and other parties
- Help in planning and smooth handling of Foundation activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organised, responsible, and presentable
- Basic knowledge of mobile photography, WhatsApp, email, and social media support
- Able to travel locally for meetings/events if required
- Prior experience in PA / coordination / office support work will be preferred
