About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager with experience in the Grades 1–8 segment (All Subjects) and NEET Biology to coordinate academic publishing projects, ensure timely execution, and maintain high content quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end publishing projects for the Grades 1–8 segment and NEET Biology.
- Coordinate with authors, SMEs, editors, designers, and production teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Review content for academic quality, accuracy, and curriculum alignment.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve project-related issues and support process improvements.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Educational Publishing or EdTech.
- Strong knowledge of the Grades 1–8 curriculum (All Subjects) and NEET Biology.
- Experience in project coordination and content development.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
