Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in planning and designing projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
- Develop concepts, presentations, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Support in preparing BOQs, working drawings, and material selections.
- Visit project sites when required for measurements and coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and standards.
- Research design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of architectural design and construction concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/MS Office is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
