Experience - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Age - 35 - 50 years
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMC division.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMC division.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project management tools and systems.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
