JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, wiring systems, and other electrical installations.
· Operate, inspect, and maintain air compressor systems, including associated piping and accessories.
· Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
· Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of plant utilities and infrastructure.
· Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
· Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment service logs.
· Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulations.
· Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of plant equipment when required.
· Maintain housekeeping standards in maintenance areas and workshops.
· Support emergency breakdown maintenance activities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2–5 years of experience in plant maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
SKILLS:
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial equipment. Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
· Air compressor maintenance and repair.
· Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
· Equipment inspection and root cause analysis.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
