To develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. End to end execution of day to day sales activities.

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/bi-annual sales quotas for geographies; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Work closely with colleagues on cross-locations opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies

Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Maintain sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights

Proven sales executive experience, meeting & exceeding targets

Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
