Junior/Trainee – HR & Administrator
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Location: Chittady, Palakkad
Job Purpose:
To support the HR & Administration department in executing day-to-day activities related to recruitment, employee management, office administration, and documentation. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals keen to grow a career in HR and Administration.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, prepare recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support onboarding activities including induction, documentation, and issuing appointment letters.
- Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Administration Support:
- Support in managing office supplies, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure timely updating and safekeeping of statutory documents.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration /MBA(HR/FINANCE/MARKETING)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR and admin functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
