We are looking for an experienced Commercial Long Haul Trucking Insurance Manager with over 10 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector, specifically in the long-haul trucking insurance business. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with top-rated carriers, a solid understanding of the market, and a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with carriers. This role is focused on identifying and securing the best carriers for our company and managing the entire process from negotiation to finalizing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-rated carriers in the long-haul trucking insurance industry.
- Identify and approach the best carriers, focusing on securing favorable deals for the company.
- Lead meetings and negotiations with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and beneficial terms.
- Negotiate pricing and commission structures, ensuring the best possible quotes for the company and clients.
- Monitor current market trends and adjust strategies to secure the best deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all carrier-related matters and manage ongoing carrier relationships.
- Ensure all deals align with company goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector, specializing in long-haul trucking insurance.
- Strong relationships with top-rated A-rated carriers and a deep understanding of the insurance market.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with carriers.
- Strong knowledge of the current insurance market and a solid network of ongoing insurance carrier contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-level negotiations with confidence.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
