Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Tracking: Monitor procurement platforms daily for new contracts.
- Bid Strategy: Decide if a bid is a good fit. Plan the timeline and tasks.
- Document Preparation: Write, edit, and organize the proposal to highlight our strengths.
- Cost Analysis: Work with finance to calculate costs and set profitable pricing.
- Compliance: Ensure all paperwork follows legal and industry rules.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4-7+ years in bid management, sales, or contract negotiation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Software: Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and e-tendering portals.
- Writing: Excellent persuasive writing and clear communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
