VTEX Developer:
VTEX Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and
technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle
methodology to develop Application using VTEX.
Responsibilities:
• Design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions on the VTEX platform, integrating ReactJS
components to ensure a modern and responsive user interface.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements, providing expert
guidance on VTEX and ReactJS solutions.
• Customize and extend VTEX functionality to align with specific business needs, leveraging ReactJS for optimal
user interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VTEX and ReactJS implementation, ensuring robust and
scalable solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in VTEX and ReactJS, applying industry best practices to
continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to integrate VTEX and ReactJS with existing
systems and third-party services.
Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum 2 plus years of experience in eCommerce development using VTEX.
• Hands-on experience as a VTEX Developer with a strong focus on ReactJS development.
• Proven expertise in VTEX IO, including the development of modules, apps, and customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, with proficiency in state management, component lifecycle, and modern
object-oriented JavaScript features.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies, including ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with Test Driven Development or similar agile methodologies
• Bachelor's and Master's (preferred) in Computer Science with Strong communication skills.
• Behavioural Skills - Excellent Verbal/Written Communication skills in the English Language, Influence/Impact
on decision making, Customer Orientation, Team Leading skills, Solution-oriented Leadership skills, Visionary
