Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery needs.
- Help customers choose the right products and complete sales.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling and customer service.
- Suggest suitable products through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant showroom experience.
- Maintain proper stock records and ensure safe handling of jewellery.
- Support the team in smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
- 6 working days per week---1 weekly day off as per company schedule

Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers: UG degree required.
- Experienced: Degree not mandatory with relevant jewellery/retail experience.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Team player with attention to detail.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
