Embedded Hardware Design Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate electronic hardware for embedded systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in schematic design, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, and testing, along with a good understanding of embedded microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces.
Number of Positions: 01 Only.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
Salary Range/CTC: ₹34,000/- to ₹40,000/- In-hand + P.F, ESIC, and Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: ₹4.72 LPA – ₹5.46 LPA, depending on interview, skills, and experience)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
- Strong proficiency in schematic and PCB design tools (Altium, KiCAD, OrCAD, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, PIC, AVR, etc.) and peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet).
- Understanding of power supply design, DC-DC converters, and analog circuits.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, impedance control, and PCB layout best practices.
- Experience with prototyping, soldering, and testing hardware using lab instruments.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT concepts and hardware reliability testing.
- Working knowledge of hardware–firmware integration and debugging.
- Experience designing for IoT, drones, robotics, or industrial electronics.
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (USB 3.0, MIPI, SDIO, DDR).
- Exposure to wireless modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, RF, GPS).
- Experience with compliance testing (EMI/EMC) and environmental validation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and hardware documentation tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test embedded hardware systems based on project requirements.
- Create schematics using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or OrCAD.
- Develop multi-layer PCB layouts ensuring signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and manufacturability.
- Select and validate electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams for system-level integration and debugging.
- Conduct board bring-up, hardware testing, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power measurement tools.
- Develop and maintain BOMs, Gerber files, and design documentation.
- Work closely with vendors and fabricators for prototype development and production support.
- Perform failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting for hardware issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (IPC, ISO, EMI/EMC, safety).
