Job Summary
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites, ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The supervisor coordinates with contractors, workers, vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the site.
- Monitor progress of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and furniture installation works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Inspect materials received on-site and verify quality standards.
- Maintain project schedules and report progress regularly.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks and prepare snag lists before project handover.
- Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and material consumption reports.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on site activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and quality control procedures.
