Payroll Management:
*Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce (contractual & permanent).
*Validate attendance, leaves, incentives, reimbursements, and variable components.
*Ensure 100% accuracy and timely payroll execution every cycle.
*Handle salary structuring, CTC breakup, and full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
*Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
*Prepare and file challans, returns, and statutory reports on time.
*Maintain updated knowledge of latest labour laws and payroll regulations.
Employee & Client Coordination
*Address employee payroll queries, salary discrepancies, and tax-related concerns. Coordinate with client HR teams for data collection, approvals, and compliance reports. *Provide payroll MIS and client-specific reporting as required.
*Systems & Tools Work on payroll software (e.g., Saral, GreytHR, Spine, Keka, etc.).
*Ensure proper data mapping, audits, and record keeping.
*Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
*Generate monthly HR & payroll MIS reports.
Provide headcount, cost sheets, invoices, and client-level payroll summaries.
*Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Required Skills & Competencies:
*Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances.
*Hands-on experience in payroll within a staffing/recruitment company.
*Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).
*Strong communication, accuracy, and analytical ability.
*Ability to handle high-volume transactions and deadlines.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
Certification in Payroll/HR Operations (preferred).
*4–6 years of payroll experience in a staffing/HR services environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
