Eligibility CriteriaFor GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Other relevant engineering branches may also apply based on department requirements
- Freshers can apply
- 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs preferred
For DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates willing to work in factory operations and industrial environment preferred
For Sales Trainee
- B.Com / MBA preferred
- MBA specialization in Sales or Marketing preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and customer coordination skills required
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in factory and project environments

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 60% aggregate preferred in academics
- Good discipline, punctuality and learning attitude
- Candidates from manufacturing background internships will have added advantage
