Sales Associate – Fabric & Textiles (Arabic Speaking)
Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fabric and textiles team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have excellent communication and sales skills to assist Arabic-speaking customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting fabrics and textile products based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is organized.
- Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and new inventory.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is required (spoken; reading and writing is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fabrics, textiles, fashion, or home furnishings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
