Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat queries
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
