Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse civil engineering projects in Rajpura.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction.
Anticipate and mitigate project risks, maintaining a proactive approach to project management.
Requirements:
Diploma or B-Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering project management.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
