Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Signage Designer to develop innovative and visually appealing signage solutions for clients across retail, commercial, corporate, industrial, hospitality, and wayfinding projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and preparing production-ready artwork while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines, fabrication requirements, and industry standards.
The Signage Designer will collaborate closely with sales, project management, production, and installation teams to deliver high-quality signage solutions that meet client expectations and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
- Create innovative signage concepts, layouts, and visual designs based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design indoor and outdoor signage, storefront branding, directional signs, wayfinding systems, illuminated signs, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, and environmental graphics.
- Develop 2D and 3D design presentations, mock-ups, and visual renderings.
- Prepare design proposals and presentations for client approval.
Technical Design & Production
- Prepare detailed production-ready artwork and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure proper sizing, scaling, color specifications, materials, and installation requirements.
- Create technical drawings for manufacturing and fabrication teams.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Review artwork before production to minimize errors and rework.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with sales and project teams to understand customer requirements.
- Participate in client discussions and design review meetings.
- Collaborate with fabrication and installation teams to address design-related challenges.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and signage codes.
Quality Assurance
- Verify artwork quality, dimensions, spelling, and branding consistency.
- Conduct design reviews and implement necessary revisions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards.
Innovation & Industry Trends
- Stay updated on signage materials, manufacturing technologies, and design trends.
- Recommend innovative design solutions and cost-effective production methods.

Educational Qualifications
Mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or related field.

- Certification in Graphic Design, Signage Design, AutoCAD, or 3D Visualization.
