Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, building strong business relationships, and supporting company growth through effective sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company services to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
- Prepare business proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for client requirements
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
