Resource - Offline Charger Operations Coordinators
Min experience 2 years in EVs operations domain
Responsibilities:
● Daily tracking and follow-up of offline charger tickets
● Coordination with OEMs, HPCL teams, and Station Managers
● Monitoring ticket progress and charger recovery status
● Following up on overdue SLA cases and escalations
● Supporting root cause tracking and operational updates
● Coordinating offline charger recovery activities and communication
● Supporting SIM troubleshooting and activation coordination for existing sites where
connectivity issues are reported
● Supporting daily operational reporting and dashboard updates
● Conducting stakeholder follow-up for pending actions and updates
● Escalating critical or repeated failures where required
● Supporting operational data consolidation and ticket validation activities
