About Learning Seeds
Learning Seeds is an after-school learning centre dedicated to helping children develop strong academic foundations in a warm, engaging, and supportive environment. Through small-group teaching and activity-based learning, we help children enjoy learning while building confidence and essential life skills.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator to teach children from Nursery to Class 5. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young learners and believes in making learning interactive, encouraging, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging lessons in English, phonics, mathematics, and foundational concepts.
- Support each child's learning through individual attention and positive encouragement.
- Create a classroom environment that is safe, organized, and enjoyable.
- Monitor student progress and share observations with the academic team.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to enhance the learning experience.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM/2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM/11:00 PM – 4:00 PM/5:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience teaching young children is preferred.
- Strong spoken English and effective communication skills.
- Patient, responsible, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Passion for helping children build confidence and achieve academic success.
