Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based control systems used in manufacturing and automation environments.
PLCs are industrial computers used to control machines and processes in real time, ensuring efficiency and reliability in automation systems.
Inductive Automation
Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems
Work with automation systems, control panels, and field instruments
Perform PLC programming using Ladder Logic / Structured Text
Commissioning & testing of machines at site
Handle SCADA / HMI integration
Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams
Maintain documentation, reports, and system backups
Support installation and commissioning projects
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with PLC brands like Siemens / Mitsubishi / Delta / omron
Knowledge of SCADA & HMI systems
Strong troubleshooting skills in automation systems
Understanding of sensors, actuators, VFDs, and control panels
Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, panels, drawings)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
Experience
2 to 6 years in PLC programming / Industrial Automation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
