We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, manage the sales team, and expand MIT's customer base across India and global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
- Generate high-value leads and convert them into customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Explore new industries and market segments.
Sales Management
- Lead and mentor Sales Executives and BDEs.
- Monitor sales performance and target achievement.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
- Develop pricing and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Partnership Development
- Build relationships with educational institutions, enterprises, distributors, and channel partners.
- Create strategic alliances to increase market reach.
Required Skills
