KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule jobs and appointments
- Communicate with customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Follow up on project updates and maintain accurate records
- Manage emails and operational documentation
- Track stock, deliveries, and job progress
- Update CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Prepare reports and maintain operational data
- Resolve operational and scheduling issues efficiently
- Support day-to-day administrative and backend functions
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using emails and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
