Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to support our architectural design and project execution activities. The candidate will assist senior architects in preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely completion of design-related tasks for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Assist in developing concept designs, presentations, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works as per approved drawings.
- Support in quantity estimation and preparation of BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Assist senior architects in project planning and client coordination.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Site experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.
- MOST required BIM
- Knowledge of building codes and approval procedures.
- Experience in 3D visualization software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
