Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Procurement & Execution Coordinator
- Managing end-to-end procurement of materials for third-party contractors working across sites PAN India
- Conducting market research and rate analysis to support BOQ preparation and cost optimization
- Handling material purchasing for direct supply to clients across multiple locations
- Coordinating and tracking dispatches, logistics, and courier deliveries to sites, customers, and office
- Ensuring timely follow-up on shipments and resolving delivery-related issues
- Maintaining and updating Google Sheets / MIS for daily tasks, quotations, invoices, delivery challans (DC), and work completion records (WCR)
- Ensuring Delivery Challans (DC) / Work Completion Certificates (WCR) are properly signed and collected from site post execution or delivery
- Coordinating with clients for work progress updates, approvals, and issue resolution
- Managing communication with contractors/vendors for daily work updates, execution tracking, and on-site problem solving
- Monitoring site-level progress and ensuring timely completion of assigned work
- Preparing and sharing quotations/estimates based on project requirements and market rates
- Coordinating with the accounts team to generate and share invoices with clients
- Conducting payment follow-ups and tracking receivables to ensure timely collections
- Supporting internal coordination between purchase, accounts, and execution teams for smooth project Delivery.
- Monday to Saturday - 10 AM am to 7 PM office Timing Near Kasarwadi Railway Station.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
