Responsibilities:
Oversee the business development, daily operations of the center, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Meet with prospective parents, give them tours of the center and answer any questions they may have and help them take admissions. Work closely with the franchisor and admissions team to ensure that enrollment goals are met. Manage a team of educators, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed. Implement our lesson plans designed as per curriculum Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and communicate regularly about their child's progress. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at portal. Ensure that the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable & Polished Behavior, Understanding of local language and area is required.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per hour
