We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive AI-first software development practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ engineers.
- Strong background as a hands-on full-stack engineer.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and aligning engineering with business goals.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-first engineering practices.
AI Expertise
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, or similar.
- Ability to coach teams on AI-assisted development best practices.
- Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Understanding of AI-generated code risks, security, and quality considerations.
Technical Skills
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js/Remix/Vite, State Management, Testing, Accessibility.
Backend: Node.js, NestJS/Express/Fastify, REST/GraphQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis, Microservices, OAuth/JWT, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Serverless.
Preferred
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and engineering innovation.
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
