Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Girl to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, customer-friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers and assisting them with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Maintain product and stock-related information as required.
- Coordinate with the store/operations team for product availability.
- Handle billing or assist with billing processes, if required.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Kannada communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident and polite while interacting with customers.
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Good convincing and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
