Role Summary
The Manhattan WMS Configuration Management Specialist is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to meet business and operational requirements. This role focuses on system configuration, change management, testing, and production support while ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices. The role acts as a key liaison between business users, operations teams, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support Manhattan WMS functional setups across environments

Manage configuration for locations, items, UOMs, LPNs, oLPNs, and cartonization logic

Configure and support allocation, waving, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-dock rules

Set up and maintain replenishment strategies including:

Fill Active
-
Min/Max
-
Demand-based replenishment
-
Configure and support split oLPN scenarios (both system-initiated and user-initiated)

Perform impact analysis for configuration changes and follow change control processes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
-
Inventory discrepancies
-
Allocation failures
-
Replenishment exceptions
-
LPN and oLPN processing
-
Provide functional configuration support to Distribution Centers (DCs) and Hub operations

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver timely configuration fixes and improvements
