- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Onboarding & Training
- Organize induction programs for new hires.
- Support training and development initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Handle grievances and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits management.
- Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRMS, ATS, payroll systems).
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
