Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Medical Equipment Division Company: Meddealer Pvt. Ltd. Location: Angamaly, Kochi, Kerala Key Responsibilities - Prepare and submit quotations for medical equipment, surgical instruments, and healthcare projects. - Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments. - Coordinate with the sales team to increase business opportunities and revenue. - Maintain customer databases and sales records. - Communicate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions. - Assist in tender documentation and proposal preparation. - Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. - Generate sales reports and monitor pending enquiries. - Support management in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). - Experience in sales coordination, administration, or healthcare industry is preferred. - Ability to prepare professional quotations and business correspondence.
