Job Title: Telecaller
Experience Required: 1 Year
Location: Erandwane
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in handling outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi and capable of communicating effectively with customers to generate leads, resolve queries, and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling
- Experience in handling calls is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,502.96 - ₹25,766.31 per month
