A Career Guide supports individuals in making informed career choices by offering personalized advice on career paths, skill development, and job market trends. They assess clients' strengths and interests to recommend suitable career options and educational programs. Career Guides work with students, graduates, and professionals seeking career growth or change. Strong counseling and communication skills are key to helping clients achieve their career goals.Responsible for end to end student admission cycle.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:
A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, education, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications in career counseling is a plus.
Experience in career counseling, coaching, HR, or a related field is often preferred.
Certifications in career guidance or coaching (e.g., Certified Career Counselor) can be beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication to provide clear guidance and support.
Ability to present services effectively, address client concerns, and encourage commitment to career guidance programs.
