Job Role: Area Sales Manager - Offline Sales

- Educational Qualifications-Any Graduate.

- Are not comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic shoot environment.
- Lack attention to detail while handling delicate equipment.
- Are not willing to take on varied tasks during shoots.
- Prefer a desk-based or remote role.
Skills Required:
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling and business development.
- Identifying, appointing, and managing distributors while expanding the distribution network.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with gyms, supplement stores, athletes, trainers, and distributors.
- Identifying market opportunities, driving secondary sales, and strengthening brand presence within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to promote products and ensure timely payment collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)Master’s in Business Development or related field
What will you do?
- Identifying and appointing new distributors town wise and up-selling to the existing distributor’s base.
- Meeting assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Visiting gyms, health supplement stores, sports academies,athletes & gym trainers to promote the brand and business.
- Review and ensure payment collection on a timely basis.
- Building & maintaining a strong relationship with customers.Market development and promoting secondary sales.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory sales roles (such as Sales Executive / Territory Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive).
- Proven experience in distributor appointment and management.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing a territory.
- Exposure to channel sales, secondary sales, and market development.
- Experience in handling gyms, retailers, or supplement stores would be an added advantage for the fitness/nutrition industry.
