Position: Career Counsellor
Eligibility: Preference will be given to candidates with post-graduation in Psychology, especially those with a career score of 70% and above. However, applications are welcome from individuals holding postgraduate degrees in other disciplines as well (English, sociology, economics, political science, MBA, MA)
Salary structure: stipend of ₹15,000 during the On-the-Job Training (OJT) period. Upon successful completion of the OJT, they will be offered a full-time salary package of 3 LPA CTC

Job Description:
- Assist in exploring diverse career options across six domains: Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive, and Neutral.
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions under supervision.
- Administer and interpret psychometric assessments to understand clients' interests and aptitudes.
- Address clients' career-related queries and provide guidance as per their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with senior counselors to develop and update career counseling materials.
- Assist in organizing career events and workshops.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
Skills Required:
· Fluency in communication in English, & Hindi. Command over Odia is preferred.
· Neutral English communication
· Research and content development Skills
· Presentation skills
· Exposure to Career Counseling for School students & Graduates
· Exposure to Google Drive
· Committed and efficient in addressing the students in large number
· Ability to manage events
· MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Flexible to timing as per the requirement of the company
Requirement :
· Must be willing to travel when required.
· Must have a laptop to work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
