Key Responsibilities
- Receive, ingest, and organize digital assets from clients, production teams, and external vendors.
- Perform secure file transfers between local servers, storage systems, and cloud platforms.
- Create and maintain regular backups of production data.
- Verify data integrity using checksum and file validation tools.
- Manage folder structures and file naming conventions according to studio standards.
- Monitor storage capacity and maintain data archives.
- Coordinate with Production, IT, and artists to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Troubleshoot file transfer and storage issues.
- Maintain documentation of data transfers, backups, and archival processes.
- Ensure compliance with studio security and confidentiality policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
