Job Summary
Benson Polymers is looking for a Customer Service Executive to coordinate order processing, customer communication, stock availability, and sales team follow-ups. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
· Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients to ensure timely order processing.
· Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
· Follow up with Field Sales Executives (FSEs) for daily reports, market feedback, and customer requirements.
· Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse teams regarding stock availability and order fulfillment.
· Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
· Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.
· Escalate customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
· Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to orders, sales follow-ups, and customer service activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Backend Operations, or Order Management.
· Strong communication and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in manufacturing, adhesives, building materials, FMCG, or industrial products.
· Knowledge of order processing, inventory coordination, and customer relationship management.
· Strong organizational and reporting skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
